Ausschlie\u00dflich in Kampanien angebaut, sind die Friarielli, die in den Gebieten von Neapel wachsen, in anderen Gebieten Kampaniens und Italiens schwer zu finden.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color: #333333;\">In der Antike die H\u00fcgel von Posilipo und vor allem von Vomero<em> (das hie\u00df &quot;O colle de &#039;friarielle&quot;)<\/em> sie waren voll von Gem\u00fcseg\u00e4rten und Land mit diesem leckeren Blattgem\u00fcse<strong>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color: #333333;\">Heute wird der Brokkoli haupts\u00e4chlich in angebaut <strong>Kampanien<\/strong>, vor allem in der <strong>Neapolitanisch<\/strong>, im <strong>Caserta<\/strong>, im <strong>Sarnes<\/strong>, und in einigen Bereichen der Piana del Sele.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color: #333333;\">In der Zeit gr\u00f6\u00dfter Armut, neapolitanische Frauen, Spitzname <em>&quot;Zandraglie&quot;<\/em>, sie gingen in die K\u00fcchen der Adligen, wo ich <em>&quot;Mons\u00f9&quot;<\/em>, oder die K\u00f6che von jenseits der Alpen, boten Essensreste wie die Eingeweide von Gefl\u00fcgel und Tieren an. So begannen sie, die unge\u00f6ffneten Bl\u00fctenst\u00e4nde der R\u00fcben zu sammeln und zu kochen, wobei sie das Schmalz hinzuf\u00fcgten <em>&quot;Ein nzogn&quot;<\/em>, um Geschmack zu verleihen.
