Cultiv\u00e9s exclusivement en Campanie, les friarielli, qui poussent dans les r\u00e9gions de Naples, sont difficiles \u00e0 trouver dans d&#039;autres r\u00e9gions de Campanie et d&#039;Italie.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color: #333333;\">Dans les temps anciens les collines de Posilipo et surtout de Vomero<em> (qui s&#039;appelait &quot;O colle de &#039;friarielle&quot;)<\/em> ils \u00e9taient pleins de potagers et de terres cultiv\u00e9es avec ce savoureux l\u00e9gume \u00e0 feuilles<strong>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color: #333333;\">Aujourd&#039;hui, les brocolis sont principalement cultiv\u00e9s en <strong>Campanie<\/strong>, en particulier dans le <strong>napolitain<\/strong>, dans <strong>Caserte<\/strong>, dans <strong>Sarn\u00e8se<\/strong>, et dans certaines zones de la Piana del Sele.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color: #333333;\">En p\u00e9riode de plus grande pauvret\u00e9, les femmes napolitaines, surnomm\u00e9es <em>&quot;Zandraglie&quot;<\/em>, ils sont all\u00e9s dans les cuisines des nobles, o\u00f9 je <em>&quot;Mons\u00f9&quot;<\/em>, ou les cuisiniers d&#039;outre-Alpes, offraient des restes de nourriture, comme les entrailles de volailles et d&#039;animaux. C&#039;\u00e9tait un moyen de faire face \u00e0 la faim mais il n&#039;\u00e9tait pas toujours possible de trouver quelque chose.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00c0 ce stade, les Napolitains ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que pour assurer leur alimentation quotidienne, ils devraient se concentrer sur des aliments plus humbles et plus pauvres, tels que les feuilles de navet. C&#039;est ainsi qu&#039;ils ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 cueillir les grappes de fleurs non ouvertes des navets et \u00e0 les cuire, en ajoutant le saindoux, <em>&quot;Un nzog&quot;<\/em>, pour donner du go\u00fbt. Aujourd&#039;hui, le saindoux a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 par de l&#039;huile d&#039;olive extra vierge.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color: #333333;\">Pour obtenir une excellente assiette de saucisses et brocolis, le choix de ces derniers doit \u00eatre tr\u00e8s prudent.
