Orders and Shipping

You can create an account by visiting the page My account, or during checkout, by selecting the option "Create an account?“.

You can track your shipment via the page My orders, or, if you are not registered, through the Shipping Tracking.

For the moment we are not yet able to offer free shipping. If you want to know what the transport costs are, you can visit the page Shipping and Rates.

Discount codes must be entered on the page Shopping cart or on the page Checkout.

You can pay via Paper or Paypal. Only for orders over 10.01 Kg it is possible to pay in cash on delivery with a supplement of € 5.00.

No, it is possible to freely purchase all products without having to reach a minimum expense.

We ship all over Europe, shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the delivery address.

Post Purchase

Withdrawal and Warranties

If you receive a visibly damaged package, please accept the goods with reserve.

If there is any damage, please send us as soon as possible:

  • Photo of the external and internal packaging
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Photo of the damaged goods
  • Order confirmation photo

In case of purchase of food products, it is not possible to return the goods (See Normative References).

In case of purchase of food products with cash on delivery method, the customer is obliged to accept the goods, since the package cannot be returned, so if there is a refusal of the package, the customer will be prosecuted.
