Made of birch plywood (Betula pendula) glued with low-formaldehyde urea glue (E1), this kneading board is not treated in any way on the surface, neither with oils nor with varnishes.

Material and food safety

The raw material is of European origin and does not come from illegal cutting, in compliance with EEC Regulation 995/2010. The board is suitable for contact with food products and the materials used in its construction comply with consumer health protection regulations.

Precautions for use and maintenance

Wood is a natural, porous material that can absorb external contaminants such as detergents. It's recommended to wash this mixing board after use with water and baking soda, letting it dry naturally without exposing it to direct heat to avoid warping and cracking.
