The Cosi Com'è Giallo Datterino Ketchup is produced using only high quality ingredients, without the addition of preservatives, colorings or artificial flavourings. The sauce is prepared following an artisanal process which involves slow cooking of the tomatoes with other ingredients such as sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, onion and garlic, to guarantee an intense and natural flavour.

The Cosi Com'è company grows its products exclusively in the Piana del Sele, a vast area of Campania famous for its great fertility and ideal climatic conditions for the growth of many gastronomic excellences of the area. The growth of the Datterino tomato takes place mainly in greenhouses, where the plants are protected from bad weather and parasites.
