Noble Roots was born in 2018 in Marzano Appio, in the hamlet of Campagnola, a small community of 350 inhabitants. A wonderful place to visit in the Roccamonfina Regional Park.
The production takes place entirely internally and is focused on preserves including jams and marmalades, accompanying sauces and honey, for a total of about 100,000 jars a year.
From the first moment Noble Roots has embraced a plastic free and chemistry free philosophy, i.e. no use of plastic and no use of chemistry in products. Craftsmanship and maximum production safety to ensure maximum taste and health. The highest quality and the maintenance of all nutritional elements make their jams and a high-end product.
To date Noble Roots offers a range of 18 fruit jams between 75 and 85% and a line of accompanying sauces with typical Campania raw materials.
The fruit is 100% Italian and strictly first choice. It does not use pectins, preservatives, dyes. The cooking takes place in copper pots with low temperature pasteurization.
